It's been 3 years......Really???
I really can't believe that I have been married to my best friend for three years now! I know this is extremely cliche, but it really does seem like only yesterday that we were getting engaged much less married. This is one of my favorite pictures from the wedding!
So, Happy Anniversary to my husband of three years and best friend of six!!! March 24, 2007 was the best day of my life. Man, I am full of cliches.

Coach Morgan
I don't know if any of you remember this post, Proud Wife/"That" Wife, but Ashley was at it again this year. He coached two teams again, a 9-10 year old and a 11-12 year old team. The younger team did well this year, but they were all really young and have a lot to learn. The older team ended up being the regular season champions and runner-up in the playoff tournament. So that means, like last year he will be coaching the YMCA All-Star team and going to Anderson, SC, to the All-Star tournament. Some of you may remember this post, All-Star Weekend Recap. I can't tell you how proud I am of Ashley. He puts his heart and soul into coaching these kids and takes it very seriously.
I will have to say that I did very well this year in controlling myself at the games. I only got frustrated one time at a lady that was yelling at Ashley. I can yell at him, but nobody else can.

Dear Spring,
I have decided it is time for you to come back home. I know your homecoming day is not until March 20th, but what would hurt to come home a month early?? I mean really, my spring break is coming up in a couple of weeks and I would really like for it to live up to its name. Can we work on this?
Please and thank you!
Your long lost cold friend,
B

It's that time again
School is back in session for the spring semester and although I am not thrilled to have to drive to Columbia, I know I will really enjoy this semester. I will actually be learning things that I will use for the rest of my career. I have a much better schedule this semester, no school on Fridays and no 8am classes!!!! This will hopefully mean that I will still have time to keep things updated on the blog, I'll do my best!

I'm Baaaack!!!!!!!
I know it's been a while, but I am back! My first semester of Physical Therapy school is now complete and I am on Christmas break! School was very, very busy, but I managed through and am so glad to have the first semester behind me and ready to tackle the next one. I am hoping that the next semester will not be as time consuming as the this past one, so maybe I will have a little more time to keep everyone updated.
After my last final, Ashley and I headed home to Arkansas to visit family and friends. My grandfather definitely let me know that I was a slack at updating my blog and he would like to see a better effort put forth. Here you go Papa! Thanks for keeping me straight!
We got to see many friends and all our family when we went home for a short visit. Ashley's job doesn't allow to take time off during the holidays, so we had to make due with a long weekend visit. We had some friends travel with us, Joe and his girlfriend Ashley, and we couldn't have had a better time.
I currently have a all my Christmas shopping done. Many thanks to my sister-in-law, Amy, who helped me finish up by forcing me to go. It wouldn't have gotten done without her. Since the shopping is finished I am now ready to spend time with my family. We will spend Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with Ashley's family and then my parents and brother will be coming out here to spend a few days and we will do our own little Christmas with them. I can't wait to spend time with everyone, I have missed out on a lot of family and friend time since I have been in school.
I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!!!!

A New Chapter Begins
I thought I should blog on my "last day of life as I know" before school commences. Starting tomorrow and the rest of the week, I will have orientation for school. Oh yes, orientation is three days long and last ALL day. On Monday, August 10th, my first class begins. This first class is Gross Anatomy. It will consume most (by most I mean all) of my time. Then on August 20th the rest of my classes begin. I know this was my idea, my dream and I signed myself up for this, but I have been wondering lately......WHY??? I haven't been to school in nearly 5 years. Studying is a hard habit to get back into and not a habit that most enjoy, including me.
So, from here on out I make no promises about posting frequently. I am not saying I will never blog again, just a warning that it won't be often. I pretty much have not committed to anything but Thanksgiving and Christmas (and by committed I mean yes we will celebrate these holidays....when and where...TBA).
Keep me and my brain in your thoughts and prayers, we will need it. Oh, and you might want to throw a prayer in there for Ashley, bless him!
